How it works
AIJobsGrid is a job board for AI work. It is small on purpose. We would rather list a few hundred roles you can trust than tens of thousands you have to check yourself.
What we list
Two boards, deliberately kept apart.
AI, ML and data roles. The main board. The core of the job is building, researching, deploying or evaluating AI systems.
AI Powered jobs. A separate board for go-to-market roles where using AI tooling is genuinely part of the work. Selling or marketing an AI product does not count. Neither does "familiarity with ChatGPT a plus".
They stay separate because the two audiences barely overlap, and because mixing them would quietly turn the main board into a general job board with "AI" in the name.
How a role gets on
Every listing comes from the employer's own job board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters or Recruitee), or from a submission we read by hand. We do not scrape sites that have no public feed, and we never repost listings from other job boards.
Each role is then classified before it can go live. A sales role at an AI company is not an AI job. A backend role that "works alongside our AI team" is not an AI job. On the AI Powered jobs board the bar is higher still: the listing has to quote a line from its own description showing the candidate must use AI tools to do the work, and we check that the quote really appears in the posting. If it does not, the role does not appear.
Staying current
We re-check the most active AI labs every two hours, the next tier every six, and the long tail once a day. When a role comes off the employer's board, it comes off ours. We also test every apply link weekly, and two failed checks in a row take the listing down.
Every job shows the exact time it was posted. Nothing is bumped, renewed or reposted to look fresher than it is.
Salaries
We publish a salary only when the employer states one, or when it appears plainly in the job description. Where it is inferred from the text we mark it as approximate. We never estimate a range from job title and location, because a made-up number is worse than an honest blank.
If you find a dead link
Use "Report this job" on the listing. We check it, take it down if the role has closed, and re-poll the company.
For employers
If you hire through one of the six systems above, your AI roles may already be listed for free, and they stay in sync as they open and close. Email your board URL to employers@aijobsgrid.com.
Otherwise you can post a role directly. Someone reads every submission before it appears. Form posts follow the price on pricing; listings we ingest from your ATS stay free. Featured placement is optional.
