Senior B2B Content Marketing Manager, Global
We are seeking an analytical, highly organized, and collaborative Senior Content Marketing Manager to spearhead the end-to-end roadmap, execution, and continuous optimization of content marketing initiatives for our global portfolio of brand narratives and enterprise product offerings.
This senior leadership role centers on shaping, executing, and refining our global B2B content marketing engine. The ideal candidate blends advanced project management expertise, analytical proficiency, creative vision, and commercial acumen—possessing a deep understanding of multi-channel B2B content formats and knowing how to mobilize them to achieve quantifiable growth metrics.
What you’ll do
- Drive global content planning across enterprise brand programs and multi-vertical initiatives, establishing an integrated, multi-channel editorial roadmap aligned with organizational revenue and marketing goals.
- Design and execute multi-platform asset distribution strategies to maximize audience reach, reader engagement, and full-funnel conversion across target enterprise demographics.
- Partner closely with cross-functional global teams—including regional marketing directors, product marketing leads, commercial teams, design partners, sales, and external agencies—to deliver high-impact marketing collateral.
- Work hand-in-hand with Content Leadership to build, scale, and refine our centralized global content operations engine.
- Construct comprehensive project roadmaps detailing resource allocation, timeline milestones, and delivery benchmarks. Prioritize workflows to keep complex, multi-stakeholder programs running smoothly and on schedule.
- Oversee both internal copywriters and external agency partners, maintaining strict adherence to product positioning guidelines and brand standards while upholding editorial quality.
- Author high-converting copy across diverse short-form and long-form formats, including whitepapers, research reports, landing pages, digital ads, scripts, and editorial blogs.
- Direct the scoping, narrative scripting, review, and lifecycle management of video content assets.
- Conceptualize and establish scalable content franchises—recurring series, serialized shows, and repeatable formats—to drive audience retention and brand affinity over time.
- Manage scheduling, copyediting, publishing, and channel optimization across digital touchpoints to guarantee brand consistency, message clarity, and maximum discoverability (SEO, GEO, AEO).
- Conduct systematic content audits and performance tracking, translating analytics into actionable insights for continuous editorial optimization.
- Explore and pilot emerging automation tools and AI workflows to expand content output and streamline production efficiency.
- Monitor evolving industry shifts, media consumption habits, and B2B marketing best practices to pioneer new formats and maintain market leadership.
Who you are:
- Experience: 8+ years leading content marketing strategies, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or commercial financial tech. Proven ability to architect and scale content strategy rather than simply executing tactical briefs.
- Strategic mindset: You look beyond individual assets to see how content impacts business growth. You seamlessly connect editorial assets to overarching revenue targets and prioritize initiatives that maximize return on effort.
- AI fluency: You naturally integrate modern AI tools into your daily workflow to scale production, enhance workflow velocity, and elevate creative ideation—without compromising high editorial standards.
- Video storytelling experience: Skilled in shaping narrative-driven video assets—from crafting high-converting hooks to structuring compelling visual storylines. Strong grasp of platform-first video formats and collaborative media production.
- Media and content ecosystem fluency: Comprehensive grasp of modern media consumption patterns across B2B audiences—knowing how to strategically adapt content across formats from multi-page research reports to short-form social video.
- Master storyteller: Possess exceptional editorial instincts and a journalistic approach to topic discovery. Proven skill in untangling technical complexity to craft clear, highly differentiated market stories.
- Audience-centric: Genuinely curious about customer behaviors, decision-making dynamics, and merchant pain points across diverse sectors, leveraging these insights to build resonant content.
- Strong owner and collaborator: Excel in fast-moving, flat organizational structures with full autonomy. Equally adept at leading independent projects and partnering across multi-disciplinary global teams to elevate output.
- Operational excellence: Demonstrate sharp project management instincts with a track record of managing multi-track priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering exceptional work in an iterative environment.
- Language skills: Native or complete professional fluency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and copy editing capabilities.
