Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Patsnap is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the front line of AI adoption, partnering directly with enterprise customers to transform complex IP, R&D, innovation, and strategic intelligence challenges into powerful, real-world AI solutions.
This is a highly hands-on role where engineering, AI, product, and customer problem-solving come together. You’ll get close to how customers actually work, uncover the problems that matter most, and rapidly design, prototype, and deploy AI Agent workflows, Skills, automations, and other AI-native solutions using Patsnap’s product ecosystem. You won’t just implement what already exists—you’ll help shape what comes next, turning insights from customer engagements into reusable capabilities and product improvements that can scale across Patsnap’s global customer base.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting, you’ll take ideas from customer challenge to working solution, helping demonstrate what’s possible with AI while directly influencing the evolution of Patsnap’s AI-native products.

What You'll Be Doing:
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their IP, R&D, innovation, or strategic intelligence workflows.
Translate customer pain points into actionable AI solution designs and delivery plans.
Configure and deploy AI Agent workflows, Skills, dashboards, reports, and automation processes.
Build customer-facing demos and prototypes using Patsnap’s AI-native product ecosystem.
Support proof-of-concept projects, testing, feedback collection, and iteration.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting teams.
Identify reusable customer requirements and convert them into standardized skills or product enhancements.
Ensure delivery quality, data compliance, and documentation throughout engagements.
Requirements
What We'd Love From You:
Experience in IP, patent intelligence, R&D intelligence, legal tech, innovation management, or enterprise AI solutions.
Experience with AI Agents, LLM applications, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, or no-code/low-code tools.
Technical background in software engineering, data science, or related fields.
